Lifting Guide and Program Template
Have experience in the gym? Just don’t know how to get started or progress? Why I wrote this guide is to provide a concise explanation of how to go about progression and provide a template workout plan to eventually build off of and make your own. The goal was to make something that I wish I had when I first started off on my lifting journey. Because there are so many factors to take into account, getting started can be intimidating and can lead you to feel like you’re wasting your time and possibly quit training all together. As the old saying goes “Failing to plan is planning to fail” and having a plan when you get started can help break the barrier to entry into working out consistently and eventually reach your goal, whatever that goal is to you. Comes with a beginner, intermediate and advanced version of a full body, upper lower and a push pull legs program with detailed notes on how to progress and some tips in the gym.
